VIC FIEGER FONTS - END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)<br />

By downloading and/or installing fonts by Vic Fieger, the user agrees to the<br />
following terms:<br />
<br />
1. Fonts by Vic Fieger may not be sublicensed, sold, leased, rented, lent, or given<br />
away to another person or entity.<br />
<br />
2. The files downloaded to the user's computer contain font software that is the<br />
intellectual property of and is owned by Vic Fieger. This non-exclusive license<br />
grants the user certain rights to use the font software and is not an agreement for<br />
sale of the font software or any portion of it. Except for the user's right to use<br />
the font software granted by this license, all other rights are owned and retained<br />
by Vic Fieger.<br />

3. Fonts by Vic Fieger are protected under domestic and international trademark and<br />
copyright law. The user agrees to identify the Vic Fieger fonts by name and credit<br />
ownership of the trademarks and copyrights in any design or production credits.<br />
