Biotrip Serif was born as a humanist slab serif, that particular kind of typeface that blends rational geometry with Egyptian boldness and the sensitivity of a hand-drawn stroke.

Slab serifs—you know, those letters with square serifs so powerful they seem designed to never fall over—are robust, stable, and direct. They are typefaces that engage in a dialogue between the strength of the block and the sophistication of the detail.
